Exciting opportunity for a passionate hands-on Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) to join a manufacturing facility in Iowa.

Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in occupational health and safety in the manufacturing industry
• In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA).
• Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
• Experience in leading accident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
• Lean / Continuous Improvement mindset.
