Job Description
Bosch is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator in Munich, Germany, responsible for implementing and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in environmental health and safety, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing safety procedures, analyzing data for hazards, and providing safety training. The position is full-time with a salary range of €40K–€60K.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in environmental health and safety, an understanding of safety regulations, and a proven track record of developing and implementing safety protocols and procedures.The Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator will be an organized and highly motivated individual, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. In addition, they will be a team player, capable of working with stakeholders across various departments and levels of the organization. Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Establish a culture of safety and help create an environment that is free from accidents, injuries, and illnesses.
Analyze data to identify potential hazards and make recommendations for mitigating risks.
Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and levels of the organization to ensure safety protocols are followed.
Monitor and evaluate safety performance and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
Investigate and report on any safety incidents, accidents, or illnesses.
Provide safety training and education to employees, customers, and partners.
Stay up-to-date on new safety regulations and requirements.
Develop and execute safety plans and procedures for new projects.
Monitor environmental compliance and ensure environmental goals and objectives are met.
