Seeking an organized and proactive EHS Coordinator to develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs. This role collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. The position also manages the ISO14001 EMS certification and supports safety initiatives to align company policies and procedures. Additionally, this role oversees the US workers’ compensation program.

Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain EHS programs, ensuring compliance with ISO14001, OSHA, and other regulations.
• Lead EHS committees and coordinate training and compliance activities.
• Conduct safety inspections, internal audits, and incident investigations.
• Maintain EHS records and oversee the US workers' compensation program.
• Support global EHS initiatives and drive continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications:
• BS Degree in a related field.
• Up to 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (internships included).
• Knowledge of ISO14001, OSHA regulations, Workers’ Compensation, and safety standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
