The QTI Group is seeking an Environmental Graphic Designer in Madison, WI, to work on diverse interior design projects. The role merges Graphic Design, Interior Design, and Architecture, requiring a detail-oriented self-starter with a relevant degree and at least 3 years of experience. Summary:

The QTI Group has partnered with one of Wisconsin's premier residential and commercial design firms to find a dynamic and enthusiastic Environmental Graphic Designer to join their team. This unique role combines Graphic Design, Interior Design, and Architecture. An ideal candidate is an organized, detail oriented, self-starter who is interested in working in a lively firm offering the opportunity to work on a variety of environmental interior design projects and in-house marketing.

This position is direct hire and will be full-time onsite Monday through Friday with flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Pay is $55K per year based on experience.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate and strategize creative content for interior design concepts
• Develop and design environmental graphics for interiors
• Develop in-depth presentation materials to express design concepts
• Create file set-up for art production
• Coordinate environmental graphics budgets and installation
• Assist with art selection, budgeting and implementation
• Coordinate project photo shoots
• Assist with office administrative support related to design studio
• In-house graphics and marketing
• Manage and maintain web presence and content
• Prepare design award submittals and publications
• Business cards and in-house printing needs
• Manage and coordinate company social media presence

Qualifications:
• Bachelor or Technical College Degree in Fine Arts/Graphics
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
• Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with photography and photo editing software
• Knowledge of sketchUp, Lumion, BIM/Revil is a plus
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in immersive interior design environments
• Strong interest in culture, fashion, are, film, and photography
• Strong interest in Sci-Fi and fantasy-based concepts
• Ability to self-direct your schedule, multi-task, and prioritize your day, and communicate/function as part of a design team
• Experience performing in a deadline drive environment where accuracy and timeliness are critical
