Randstad USA is hiring an Environmental Engineer in Waco, TX, to lead environmental compliance and permitting with a focus on air and Title V. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of industrial experience. The position offers competitive pay of $110,000 - $160,000, benefits, and a strong team culture. This is a permanent, full-time role with standard work hours from 8 am to 4 pm.

You should have4 or more years of related experience from an industrial environment. You should have air / Title V experience. responsibilities:
• Lead environmental compliance
• Lead Title V compliance and air permitting
• Implement and manage air, water, and waste environmental programs
• Engage with various teams and departments within the plant on environmental compliance and improvement
requirements:
• BS in a related field
• 4+ yrs environmental engineering experience from an industrial environment
• Title V
• Air permitting
• Permitting and reporting experience preferred
• Heavy industrial / raw materials or state environmental regulatory experience preferred, heavy manufacturing experience to be considered
• Team player mindset, leadership skills, desire to learn and grow
