Lead and manage complex projects related to environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance, ESG consulting, brownfield redevelopment, and site investigation and remediation.Build and nurture relationships with clients, enhancing the Firm's offerings through new business opportunities.Maintain a strong presence in the industry through client engagement, participation in professional organizations, and presentations at key events.Provide supervision and mentoring to early career professionals.Fieldwork: Up to 20%.Overnight Travel: Up to 10%.Your success is integral to ours. Education and Licensure

Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, chemical, or environmental preferred), geology, or a related science field (required).Advanced degree in engineering or science is preferred.Skills, Experience and Qualifications

A minimum of 7 years of direct environmental consulting experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (required).Demonstrated experience in environmental due diligence, specifically performing Phase I ESAs under applicable ASTM standards (required).Experience with environmental compliance evaluation projects is preferred.Knowledge of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategies and sustainability practices, particularly regarding North American regulations and compliance (required).Familiarity with RCRA, CERCLA, CAA, CWA, EPCRA, and TSCA regulations (required).Experience managing legally sensitive projects is preferred.Skilled in project management, including resource allocation, technical oversight, and financial management (required).Experience with Phase II ESAs and site investigation work (preferred).Proven success in client management and business development (preferred).Experience in mentoring and managing professional staff (required).Adept at multitasking in a fast-paced consulting environment and meeting deadlines (required).Willingness to engage in regular fieldwork and overnight travel (required).Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers are preferred.Health & Safety training and compliance with client-driven drug testing may be required.A valid U.S. driver's license with a satisfactory driving record for travel associated with work (required).This opportunity will remain posted for a minimum of five days. Potential salary ranges that reflect the location are as follows: Minimum Salary: $106,275/year; Maximum Salary: $152,575/year (Oakland, CA). This salary is a part of Geosyntec's overall compensation package, which is based on qualifications such as education, experience, and skills.
