• Manage both clients and projects, helping to develop junior staff and oversee the development of technical reports and engineering design documents.">
• Track project financials, provide technical document reviews, and delegate work effectively.">
• Pursue client and project opportunities, helping to grow our team through strategic recruiting.">
• Contribute to business development efforts, identifying and implementing solutions to address environmental challenges in areas such as soil and groundwater remediation, brownfield redevelopment, and more.">
• Work collaboratively with a team of project professionals to help our clients succeed and achieve their goals.">

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's of Science in an environmental-related science or engineering field required.">
• 10+ years of related work experience required.">
• 5+ years working at an environmental consulting firm required.">
• Business Development experience in Arkansas required.">
• Strong leadership and project management skills.">
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
