Our Building and Construction division provides assurance, testing, inspection, and certification services to deliver Total Quality Assurance to the built environment.

This position supports the Building and Construction business by overseeing the Environmental projects in the St. Louis region. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of proven technical environmental consulting experience and a strong technical proposal and report writing abilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform industrial hygiene services including asbestos, indoor air quality, and lead surveys.
• Perform environmental services including Phase I environmental site assessments (ESAs).
• Perform or assist in Phase II ESAs including soil and groundwater sampling.
• Ability to prepare technical proposals and reports.
• Ability to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on schedule.
