We’re seeking an experienced Environmental Construction Project Manager to lead impactful environmental remediation and infrastructure projects. Based within one hour of Kearneysville, WV (covering Washington D.C. and Baltimore, MD), this hybrid position offers the opportunity to shape the future of the company, influence project direction, and step into a key executive role. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Environmental Construction Project Manager position include:
• 7+ years of experience managing environmental construction projects like stormwater systems, landfill capping, stream restoration, slope stabilization, and UST removal
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality adherence
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and compliance
• Lead crews and enforce safety regulations on job sites
• Travel to project sites (~33% of the time) for site walks, client meetings, and occasional trade shows
• Support estimating efforts and identify potential project opportunities
• Act as a key part of the executive team with influence over company growth strategy
• Hybrid schedule with 1 day per week in-office in Kearneysville, WV (in-office 2-3 days per week to start)
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
