Conservation Legacy is hiring an Environmental Conservation Manager in Kinnear, WY. The role involves leading a crew of young adults on conservation projects across the western U.S., ensuring project efficiency, safety, and fostering a positive work environment. Candidates should have leadership experience with youth, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a background check. This is a full-time position.
About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our conservation efforts as a Crew Leader.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a crew of young adults on various conservation projects throughout the western United States.

Your primary focus will be on leading by example, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, and promoting the development of your crew members.

You will also be responsible for implementing project management strategies, ensuring the quality and quantity of project work, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a crew of 4-5 young adults on conservation projects
• Implement project management strategies to ensure efficient completion of projects
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Develop and implement training programs for crew members
Requirements
• Leadership experience with youth and/or young adults
• Experience in facilitating and building community with diverse groups
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Clean driving record and current driver's license required
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
