Job Description

The State of Connecticut is hiring a seasonal Environmental Conservation Assistant to support the Environmental Conservation Police. Responsibilities include providing public assistance regarding wildlife, handling phone calls, updating web pages, and performing administrative tasks. This full-time position lasts up to 6 months, with a maximum of 40 hours per week.
The State of Connecticut, Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP), is seeking a seasonal resource assistant to support the Environmental Conservation Police, Communications Office. This role involves providing public assistance and answering questions about nuisance and distressed wildlife. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling phone calls, updating departmental web pages, and performing administrative tasks.
