This role focuses on the mining industry and involves assisting clients with environmental issues, navigating permitting processes, and defending project approvals and operations.

Duties
• Support clients in addressing environmental issues within the mining industry.
• Assist in navigating regulatory frameworks and securing necessary permits.
• Participate in litigation matters related to environmental and regulatory law.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal documents.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand and resolve legal challenges.
• Demonstrate critical analytical skills and effective communication throughout the litigation process.

Requirements
• 2-5 years of experience in environmental and regulatory law.
