Shirley Parsons is seeking an Environmental & Sustainability Manager in London to lead environmental initiatives for a sustainable construction leader. This role involves implementing and maintaining environment management systems, leading environmental strategies, conducting audits, and supporting projects to achieve net zero and sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities:
• Champion Environmental Management: Implement and maintain cutting-edge environmental management systems in line with ISO 14001 standards.
• Strategic Leadership: Drive and execute innovative environmental strategies that propel their business forward.
• Audit Excellence: Conduct thorough internal environmental audits to ensure compliance and foster continual improvement.
• Expert Guidance: Provide invaluable environmental expertise during the tender, bid, and contract award processes.
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into environmental incidents, uncover root causes, and implement measures to prevent re-occurrence.

What We’re Looking For

• Inspirational Leader: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and influence colleagues at all organisational levels.
• Qualified Professional: NEBOSH/IEMA Level 5 Environmental Management qualification.
• Certified Auditor: Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001/14001/45001.
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated with exceptional time management skills.
