Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential environmental and social risks within the company's business operations.
Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate and address identified risks.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure effective risk management and compliance with sustainability goals.
Provide guidance and support to other teams and departments in implementing responsible business practices and meeting sustainability targets.
Monitor and track progress towards sustainability goals and report findings to senior management.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to environmental and social responsibility, and make recommendations for improvement.
Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with sustainability standards.
Foster a culture of environmental and social responsibility within the company by promoting awareness and engagement among employees.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as NGOs and government agencies, to stay informed and collaborate on sustainability initiatives.
Communicate the company's sustainability efforts and progress to external stakeholders, such as customers and investors, through various channels.
Prepare and present reports to senior management and make recommendations for further action as needed.
Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong and capable sustainability team.
