Project Overview
The Climate Resiliency Project Manager will lead our team's efforts in developing and implementing resiliency projects. These projects aim to help communities adapt to the impacts of climate change, and the ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related field, demonstrated knowledge of climate change risk/resiliency, and excellent communication skills. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, develop your skills, and make a meaningful impact in the field of climate resilience.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans to ensure successful execution of resiliency projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential clients

Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of climate change risk/resiliency subject matter and experience applying it in projects
- Ability to effectively communicate resiliency design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling
- BS, MS in engineering or associated technical field preferred
- PE license in Massachusetts or ability to obtain by reciprocity within 6 months
