Environment, Health, Safety & Security Manager

ACMobility is seeking an Environment, Health, Safety & Security Manager in Taguig City, Metro Manila. The role involves leading EHSS programs, ensuring compliance with Philippine laws, and promoting a safety culture. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 5-7 years of experience, and be a certified Safety Officer. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. This is a full-time position.
The EHSS Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security programs across the organization. This role ensures compliance with Philippine laws and regulatory requirements, while also fostering a proactive safety culture to protect people, assets, and the environment in support of ACMobility's goal to provide safe and sustainable mobility solutions.

Minimum Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Safety Management, or related fields.

Relevant Experience

Minimum of 57 years of experience in EHSS, preferably in mobility, automotive, logistics, or industrial sectors

Licenses / Certifications

Certified Safety Officer (SO2/SO3) by DOLE-BWC.

Business Understanding

Knowledge of Philippine laws (RA 11058, RA 6969, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, etc.).

Leadership / Behavioral Skills

Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.

Passionate about sustainability and safety.

Analytical and detail-oriented.

Able to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.

Comfortable working in dynamic, multi-site environments.

Functional Competencies

Familiarity with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001 standards.
