Job Description:

Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join its highly regarded Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources law practice group. This associate would be based in Perkins Coie's Anchorage, Alaska office but can expect opportunities to work with the firm’s Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources practice group nationwide. The position will be primarily focused on natural resources, environmental, and commercial issues for resource development companies.

Requested for consideration is 2-5 years of relevant legal experience, which ideally would include judicial clerkship experience and/or demonstrated interest or work in energy, environmental, or natural resources issues. Excellent law school performance, strong educational background, significant writing experience demonstrated by law review/journal/clerkship/practice experience, and excellent references are required. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to be a collaborative team player, and strong interpersonal and communication skills are preferred.
