Environment Claims Account Litigation Specialist

Questor Consultants, Inc. is seeking an Environment Claims Account Litigation Specialist in Boston, MA. The role involves managing environmental claims, particularly those related to asbestos, and requires at least 4 years of experience in commercial claims or 2 years in environmental claims. Insurance Company is looking for a strong litigation/claims professional. The position will handle Environmental claims directly that involve asbestos, and latent type claims to include the resolution of coverage issues and establishing reserves. Will need at least 4 years’ experience in commercial claims or 2 years preferred of handling environmental or large commercial general liability litigated claims. A JD is preferred but not required.
