What are we looking for?
We are currently seeking a motivated Environment & Community Manager to join our safety and results-driven team. As a key member of the Mangoola Senior Leadership Team, you will manage all aspects of the Environment and Community portfolio, ensuring compliance with regulations and community expectations, while overseeing environmental monitoring, land management plans, and internal reporting systems. This is a permanent full-time position with an attractive remuneration package and performance-based bonuses. Relocation assistance may be available for eligible candidates.
In this role you will be responsible for:
• Managing compliance with regulatory environmental requirements, and Mine standards
• Maintaining and implementing the Environmental Management System (EMS) that includes an Annual Environmental Plan as well as management of a compliance database.
• Planning and managing the site management systems for HSEC Standards to ensure site personnel are familiar with the intent of these standards.
• Liaising and maintaining relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Providing leadership and guidance to a specialist team of environmental professionals
About you:
• You will have tertiary qualifications or equivalent in Environmental Science or a related discipline.
• You have strong project management expertise.
• You will have exceptional leadership capability and proven relationship building skills.
• You have a high regard for your personal safety and the safety of your teammates.
• You have the ability to work in high pressure situations with competing workplace priorities.
• You are a team player with a high level of safety awareness, an attitude for outstanding performance, and a willingness to contribute to a winning team.

• $6000 combined commute and location allowance for all eligible Mangoola Employees.
