Greentech Renewables is seeking an Entry Level Management Trainee for their solar distribution business in Saco, ME. This full-time position is ideal for recent graduates with a competitive mindset who are eager to learn about the solar industry. The role involves extensive training over 2+ years, requiring some travel and immersion in various company operations to prepare for future leadership roles.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Current, valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

Authorization to work in the United States

Some travel required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Conditions vary based on the trainees current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel both by car and by air.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No
