Energy Alternatives India is offering an Entrance Exam Strategy Development Internship in Chennai. The intern will conduct research on exam formats, interact with exam takers, analyze psychological factors, assist in mock exams, and help develop the EEEQ framework. This role is ideal for driven and analytical individuals eager to contribute to a valuable educational product in a climate tech consulting firm.
Today, millions of Indian students write entrance exams every year, for a variety of career and educational opportunities. While these exams differ widely in content and themes, and thus candidates appearing for each have to prepare using different content for success, there is a common success factor beyond content and theme - and that is the emotional quotient needed to get those additional marks and points in these exams. Such emotional quotient can be developed through practice by all exam-goers. EAI, while a climate tech consulting firm at its core, is run by professionals from IITs and IIMs who have been, as a hobby effort, guiding and mentoring youngsters emotionally to prepare for these exams. Using this mentoring experience as the foundation, a small team at EAI will be developing powerful content that will assist candidates appearing for any exam to be better mentally and emotionally prepared to succeed in these exams. The intern will support us in this project in developing the powerful framework we are building called EEEQ - Entrance Exam Emotional Quotient.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

add a verb in each sentence without adding full stops at the end and at last tell these responsibilities come under which profile, provide it in pointers without gaps
• Conduct secondary research on entrance exam formats and best practices
• Conduct primary research by interacting with prospective exam takers and those who have performed exceptionally well in entrance exams
• Analyse psychological factors that drive exam performance
• Support us in test driving the framework amongst prospective exam takers
• Assist with the design and implementation of mock exams
• Analyze results from experiments to infer about effectiveness of different emotional strategies
• Help us develop and package the EEEQ framework into a functional product
