About the role
We are currently recruiting for an Enterprise Asset Management Specialist to join our Assets & Operations division based anywhere within Essential Energy’s operational footprint.
Reporting to the Manager Enterprise Asset Management Solution, the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Specialist will play a key role in enhancing and optimising the EAM solution to support business objectives. Your expertise will contribute to the development and implementation of improvements that drive operational efficiency and long term sustainability. You will provide technical advice, support the formulation of improved processes, and ensure alignment across multiple divisions to optimise functionality within the EAM system.
This role involves leading the development of the EAM solution, processes and functionality, providing strategic recommendations. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders and act as a key contact for the EAM solution and broader asset management discipline. Additionally, you will help communicate the benefits of the EAM solution to drive awareness and collaboration across the organisation.
About You
You have a strong background in enterprise asset management, with experience in the energy, electrical, or utilities industry. Your expertise in asset management principles and EAM systems allows you to develop strategic solutions and influence key stakeholders. You are a skilled problem solver with the ability to analyse complex issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Asset Management, or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant experience.
