At CHA Consulting, Inc., you will contribute significantly to developing sustainable water and wastewater systems that enhance public health and environmental quality.

What You'll Do:
• Lead and oversee all phases of water/wastewater projects, from the initial planning stages through design and implementation, ensuring exceptional quality and efficiency at every step.
• Foster and strengthen client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering creative, cost-effective solutions tailored to their projects.
• Manage all project contracts and documentation, ensuring clear communication and seamless correspondence with clients and subcontractors.
• Take responsibility for project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash management while ensuring timely payments and accurate financial reporting.
• Facilitate monthly project review meetings to communicate project progress and updates to clients, management, and project teams.
• Develop and implement health and safety plans, ensuring compliance with various quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Operate with a proactive “seller/doer” mindset, actively pursuing new business opportunities and expanding the services we provide.

What You Bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is a must; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive engineering experience is required, with a minimum of 4 years in project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is mandatory.
• Deep expertise in the respective engineering discipline and a proven ability to apply best practices effectively.
• Advanced skills in engineering software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
• Strong familiarity with QA/QC procedures, engineering laws, and business practices.
• Proficient in project accounting, budgeting, and financial management.
• Experience in preparing proposals, project plans, and closeout documents.
• Ability to interpret client contracts and manage multiple projects successfully, maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable for diverse audiences.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Deltek Vision, MS Project, or Primavera P6 is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Experience within the consulting industry is highly desirable.
• Active participation in professional engineering organizations is preferred.

Salary Range:
$105,000 - $129,500
This salary range is based on various factors, including qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialties, and market evaluation based on industry standards.
