Engineering Manager

Henkel is seeking an Engineering Manager in Nairobi, Kenya, to lead maintenance standardization and oversee planned and corrective maintenance. The role involves executing engineering processes, liaising with stakeholders, monitoring KPIs, and managing CAPEX and OPEX projects while striving for continuous improvements in engineering practices.
About this Position Lead the Maintenance & Engineering standardization and the planned & corrective maintenance in the site. Roll out best practice maintenance engineering processes/standards sourced from the regional management. Lead site CAPEX & OPEX projects as per the standards. Lead continuous improvements for maintenance and engineering processes

What you´ll do
• Executes engineering processes ensuring that quality products are delivered on-time at competitive cost
• Liaises with other stakeholders in order to provide professional support and advice
• Strives for improvements and efficiencies in Engineering area
• Monitors KPIs for engineering processes
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise
• Execute Opex and Capex projects
