Engineering Manager

Mitsubishi Chemical Carbon Fiber and Composites is seeking an Engineering Manager in Irvine, CA. The manager will focus on continuous improvement in processes, cost, quality, and production, utilizing extensive experience to achieve goals while leading and directing others.
Manages a team and is responsible for the design and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment and plant. Responsible for operational excellence via efficient plant design, robust processing, process scale-ups. Ensures continuous improvement in process, cost, quality and production. Manages all engineering projects and resolves engineering problems. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others and has a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
