The Engineering Analyst position is based out of our Quad Cities Generating Station in Cordova, IL.

This Analyst role can be filled at Entry, Mid, or Senior level. See minimum qualifications below for each level.
• Expected salary range:
• Entry Level - $75,000
• Mid-level: $86,000 - $106,000
• Senior Level: $110,000- $124,000

Primary Purpose of Position

This role involves advanced technical and engineering problem-solving to support nuclear plant operations, making critical technical decisions. Candidates should exhibit a thorough understanding of functional disciplines and their application, alongside a solid grasp of relevant industry codes and regulations.

Core Responsibilities
• Provide expert technical guidance to develop, manage, and implement engineering analyses and programs.
• Engage directly in problem-solving to identify and resolve equipment and system challenges.
• Oversee engineering issues through initial or complete task management.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of work while maintaining configuration management standards.
• Conduct independent research, reviews, studies, and analyses to support regulatory and technical projects.
• Recommend improvements, new concepts, and techniques to enhance performance, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with evolving codes or regulations.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management or in accordance with company policy, including emergency response, departmental support, and outage activities.

Minimum Qualifications for Associate Engineering Analyst/E01
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (not engineering) OR
• Associate's degree in a technical field with 1+ years of nuclear or related industry experience OR
• High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of 2 years of nuclear experience.
• Ability to meet minimum access requirements, including a favorable medical examination/testing.

Minimum Qualifications for Engineering Analyst/E02
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (not engineering) with 2+ years of nuclear or related industry experience OR
• Associate's degree in a technical field with 3+ years of nuclear or related industry experience OR
• High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5 years of applicable nuclear experience.
• Familiarity with engineering processes pertinent to the specific functional area.
• Ability to meet minimum access requirements, including a favorable medical examination/testing.

Minimum Qualifications for Engineering Analyst/E03
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (not engineering) with 5+ years of nuclear or related industry experience OR
• Associate's degree in a technical field with 7+ years of nuclear or related industry experience OR
• High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 years of nuclear experience, including 5 years at an exempt level.
• Working knowledge of engineering processes and systems essential for the area of expertise.
• Ability to meet minimum access requirements, including a favorable medical examination/testing.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Electrical (Electrician, Print Reading, PLC, Troubleshooting, etc.) and nuclear experience, with preference given to candidates with BWR knowledge.
