Job Summary:

Responsibilities
• Executes complex EMC test plans for a single technology, evaluates performance, and documents test results in reports.
• Inspects simpler customer samples, operates relevant tests, and ensures proper evaluation by communicating with customers during setup and testing.
• Understands and applies product/test standards and technology relevant to responsibilities.
• Operates and maintains basic test equipment, performs minor maintenance, and may handle calibration tasks.
• Works with minimal supervision within set responsibilities.
• Incorporates continuous improvement techniques, offering suggestions to enhance accuracy and efficiency in equipment, processes, and forms.
• Open to working 2nd or 3rd shifts and overtime.
• Completes other lab duties as assigned.
• Demonstrates initiative and a drive to improve technical skills.

Qualifications
• ITE or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or Manufacturing Technology with 1-3 years of relevant experience, or equivalent education.
• Experience in EMC, RF, or Electrical/Electronic technology is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant EMC and/or RF experience may be considered for the Senior Laboratory Technician role.
• Strong team player with drive and initiative to deliver results in a challenging environment.
• Must be willing to work night shifts (6pm to 7am, including overtime).
• Open to candidates with no prior experience.
