We have partnered with an elite boutique investment bank who are looking for someone at the Senior Associate or Vice President level for a Debt Advisory position with a focus on renewables & energy transition.

The team is led by industry leading senior bankers in the renewables space and have a pristine tack-record in executing landmark pan-European MM and large cap renewables Project Finance/Debt Advisory transactions. Off the back of some record years and a strong pipeline for the year ahead, they are looking to expand at the Senior Associate and/or VP level. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of renewables Project Finance/Debt Advisory deal experience.

Key responsibilities:
• Execution of pan-European landmark mid-market and large cap debt advisory transactions across the renewables & energy transition sector
• Involved in all deal aspects, from origination to completion, with a focus on execution
• Providing support to senior bankers in developing and maintaining client relationships

Ideal Background:
• 5+ years of sector relevant Debt Advisory and/or Project Finance
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skillset
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Additional European languages is a plus
