Cadmus is seeking an Energy Transition Program Coordinator in Providence, RI, to support clients in achieving clean energy goals through federal grants management. About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Energy Transition Program Coordinator to join our team and support our client in achieving their clean energy goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of federal grants management, including financial tracking and compliance, as well as experience working with subject matter experts to review and evaluate grants applications.

The Energy Transition Program Coordinator will contribute to the administration of federal grants funding decarbonization strategies, supporting grant recipients in areas such as building energy efficiency, electrification, renewable energy technology deployment, and sustainable transportation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support award and administration of grants for clean energy projects
• Work with subject matter experts to review and evaluate grants applications
• Monitor and assess awardee performance according to established performance metrics
• Perform advanced technical evaluations to identify corrective actions as needed
• Process close-out documentation and ensure compliance with federal requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, environmental sciences, or related discipline
• Seven- nine years of experience with federal government financial assistance documentation and financial tracking or other federal grants-related work
• Excellent problem-solving, analytic, communication (oral and written), research, and presentation skills
• Able to pass a U.S. federal government background check and public trust clearance process - US Citizenship is required
