As a Solar Project Manager at Venture Solar, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission of providing affordable, clean energy solutions to homeowners. In this role, you will be responsible for managing solar installation projects, from scheduling crew activities to resolving customer and internal departmental issues. You will work closely with our team to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction, while also maintaining accurate records and performing various administrative duties.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinating scheduling activities for crews and inspections, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with team members.
• Reviewing projects for potential change orders, working closely with customers and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Performing various administrative duties, including typing, record maintenance, and documentation creation.
