Energy Trading Attorney

Key Responsibilities
Engage in electricity, natural gas, capacity, and emissions trading across various RTO/ISO markets
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements related to energy transactions
Advise on compliance with relevant regulations and support structured energy deals and market operations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in energy commodities transactions and trading compliance
In-depth knowledge of RTO/ISO markets and commodity exchange frameworks
Familiarity with federal and state regulatory regimes affecting trading activities
JD from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Exceptional contract negotiation and drafting skills
