In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and counsel to internal clients on commercial agreements and risk management.

About the Position:
The successful candidate will have a strong background in corporate law and experience working with complex commercial agreements. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements related to the renewable energy and biofuel industry, including product supply, commodity trading, and derivatives agreements.

Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• Provide expert advice and counsel on risk management and corporate governance
• Work with external counsel to protect the Company's interests in rate cases and other regulatory matters
• Assist with the legal aspects of major projects within the Company's business
