Exelon is seeking an experienced Energy Trader in Boston, MA, to develop and execute trading strategies, analyze market conditions, and manage trading risks. Responsibilities include executing trades, maintaining relationships with market participants, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position offers a salary range of $71,723–$124,178 and is full-time.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute trading strategies to maximize trading opportunities and outcomes.

Analyze energy market conditions and dynamics to identify potential trading opportunities.

Monitor and analyze energy market trends and news to inform trading decisions.

Develop and maintain relationships with energy market participants, such as suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Execute trades in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Monitor and manage trading risk in line with company policies and procedures.

Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Communicate effectively with colleagues from across the organization to ensure consistent and efficient trading operations.

Generate and report on trading performance metrics to management.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to energy trading.
