Position Description Redhorse Corporation is seeking an Energy and Sustainability Specialist with a background in data monitoring and analytics. This is a full-time position based on the project deliverables to review energy and water data for trends and anomalies. Special skillsets include the ability to obtain and analyze data to create compliant documentation and communicate effectively with the client. Primary Duties and Responsibilities for this position include:Review energy and water data for GSA Building TeamsReview programming and provide support to programmer as neededAnalyze and document sustainable practices across facilitiesManage project timelines and team communicationMinimum Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, and Credentials include:Possess a BS degree (or equivalent experience)Strong project management skills.Excellent client communication and relationship management.Intermediate Excel skills.Ability to work with clients on client site.Strong analytical and documentation skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and document solutions.Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete tasks on time.Communication Skills:Ability to draft new processes, optimize processes as necessary, and communicate processes as required, both internally and externally.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from client.Self-starter.
