Job Description
This role is perfect for an experienced Process Engineer seeking new challenges. As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for optimizing energy storage system conversion efficiency, yield, reliability, and cost. Your expertise will help drive our growth and ensure high-quality products for customers worldwide.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Spearhead energy storage system conversion efficiency improvement initiatives to meet project timelines and goals.
• Develop and implement effective problem-solving strategies to address production line and customer issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process design, optimize resource allocation, and reduce waste.
• Promote a culture of innovation within the production team, encouraging experimentation and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain accurate records and generate detailed reports to inform stakeholders about project progress and outcomes.
• Foster strong working relationships with colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
• Leverage technical expertise to identify areas for improvement in production processes and contribute to their optimization.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you'll need a solid background in engineering (chemical, material science, microelectronics, or related field) with at least 1-2 years' experience in process engineering. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential for success.
