About the Job:
US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced Energy Storage and Microgrid Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing in-depth technical design packages of energy storage, solar, and microgrid design drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing technical design packages of energy storage, solar, and microgrid design drawings
• Working with internal engineering teams to identify opportunities to improve contract documentation, standards development, and the operation of energy storage, solar, and microgrid facilities
• Reviewing and facilitating redlines of design drawings supplied by awarded contractors to validate conformance with Client standards and requirements
• Validating designs conform to industry practices and standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
