Energy Services Coordinator

Randstad USA is hiring an Energy Services Coordinator in Berlin, CT, for a full-time role supporting energy efficiency projects. Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Support technical services for electric and natural gas energy efficiency projects, including assisting customers and coordinating equipment procurement and installation.
• Assist with the development and implementation of energy efficiency programs by reviewing applications, maintaining data spreadsheets, and supporting vendor and contractor management.
• Conduct site inspections, collect and analyze performance data, and contribute to program evaluations, marketing efforts, and research of new technologies.

Here’s what you’ll have:
• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering major preferred.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; open to recent college graduates.
• Strong attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
