The CFO will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing accounting teams and ensuring accuracy of general ledger and financial statements
• Managing cash flow to maximize interest income and maintain company liquidity
• Implementing and monitoring internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Ensuring timely submission of government reporting and filings
• Maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, insurance providers, and regulatory agencies
