Job Summary
This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise and business acumen. As a Sustainability Manager, you will lead efforts to reduce carbon costs and ensure regulatory compliance across our operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop strategies, and implement solutions.

Your Responsibilities
• Develop and execute carbon cost strategies to minimize costs and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage cap-and-trade mechanisms for emissions allowances and negotiate with governments as needed.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement and advise operations and corporate departments on environmental performance.
• Assist mills in submitting applications for GHG reduction projects and monitor grant programs.

Your Qualifications
With a degree in Science or a related field and at least 5 years of experience, you have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Your skills include strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
