Pay Rate: $48-$50/hr on w2 (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)




Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support large-scale utility projects. This role will work closely with multiple Project Managers, assisting in project execution, cost control, scheduling, and coordination activities within a fast-paced environment.




Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of utility projects.

Assist with project tracking, reporting, and documentation.

Manage and monitor project costs, forecasts, accruals, and budgets.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Maintain project schedules and timelines using tools like MS Project or similar.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership updates.

Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all project deliverables.

Utilize tools such as SAP, Asset Suite 8, SharePoint, Power BI, or Oracle as needed.




Required Skills & Qualifications:

1–5 years of experience supporting Project Managers or in a Project Coordination role.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience with project/cost control and reporting.

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Positive, proactive, and “can-do” attitude.

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment supporting multiple stakeholders.




Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in utility or infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with Asset Suite 8, SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, or Oracle.

Technical degree or related educational background.
