Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Energy Project Finance Specialist to join our small legal team at ATTB - The Big Jobsite. As a critical member of our team, you will contribute to a variety of projects, including project financing, M&A, and corporate transactions.

The ideal candidate will come from a corporate M&A or project finance background and have between two and six years' post-qualified experience. A secondment history would be advantageous, although not necessary. Your eagerness to work in the energy/renewables sector will drive your success in this position.

Responsibilities:
