Energy Policy & Investment Analyst - Vice President

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking an Energy Policy & Investment Analyst - Vice President in Washington, DC. The role involves developing investment ideas through policy analysis and engaging with policymakers and investors in the U.S. energy sector. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and a passion for integrating policy with investing.
We are in search of an associate with specialized expertise in energy policy. Energy Analysts are responsible for developing unique investment ideas based on rigorous policy analysis. They interact regularly with politicians, regulators and other policymakers, as well as investors across the U.S energy sector. The ideal candidate will have exceptional analytical skills, creativity, and a demonstrated interest in policy and financial markets. A successful candidate will be a highly qualified professional with at least 5 years of experience in equity research, policy analysis/policy, consulting, investment banking, or a related field.

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Four-year Bachelor's degree required
• At least five years of experience in consulting, banking, policy analysis, investment analysis or a related field
• High academic achievement
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
