Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Energy Marshal with data center experience to join our team in Pryor, OK. The Energy Marshal will oversee energy management, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with safety and environmental standards in this state-of-the-art data center facility.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and optimize energy usage within the data center to ensure maximum efficiency
• Conduct regular inspections of power systems, cooling systems, and other critical infrastructure
• Implement and enforce energy conservation measures and sustainability initiatives
• Coordinate with facility teams to maintain uptime and reliability of data center operations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations
• Analyze energy consumption data and provide reports to management
• Respond to energy-related emergencies and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Train staff on energy management best practices and safety protocols

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations or energy management
• Strong knowledge of power distribution, HVAC systems, and energy monitoring tools
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure management (DCIM) software
• Understanding of electrical systems and energy efficiency standards
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA, LEED, or energy management) are a plus
