Energy Management Procurement Specialist for Innovative Projects

Csestorage is seeking an Energy Management Procurement Specialist in Kitchener, ON. This role involves leading procurement for energy management projects, including supplier onboarding and contract management. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of procurement experience, and strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities include managing RFPs, procurement databases, and generating purchase orders. This is a full-time position.
Lead procurement activities for energy management solutions in a pivotal role. Collaborate on supplier onboarding, contract management, and ERP functions to drive project success.

As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will coordinate procurement for energy management projects. Your expertise will encompass drafting contracts, managing relationships with suppliers, and overseeing large-scale software and hardware procurements. Strong knowledge of energy storage systems will enhance project execution and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard suppliers and execute necessary agreements
• Compile and expedite RFP/RFQ packages for EMS components
• Negotiate and normalize RFP/RFQ responses
• Manage procurement database and documentation
• Generate purchase orders and stock transfer orders in ERP

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• Minimum 5 years relevant procurement experience
• Proven contract negotiation skills
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
