Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at The Huntington National Bank. In this role, you will lead the sourcing, structuring, negotiating, documenting, and closing of sale, leaseback and debt transactions for our Renewable Energy Finance group.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Manage relationships with sponsor/developers and lead/participant banks
• Develop and implement strategies for new transaction opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create competitive and profitable proposals
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction document preparation and review
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
• Minimum of 7+ years' experience in renewable energy project finance including tax equity structures
• Proven track record of success in structuring, negotiating, and documenting transactions
• Strong organizational, analytical, and due diligence skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ABC pricing software
