Spelman is offering an Energy Engineer Graduate Training Program in Alabama, designed for recent graduates. Our Energy Engineering Graduate Training Program is designed to develop future leaders through intensive technical, business, and leadership training. This 15-week program provides recent graduates with the opportunity to learn from experts in the field, gain practical experience, and develop the skills and confidence to thrive as a full-time Energy Engineer. Responsibilities:
• Travel to multiple company locations for practical, in-person learning experiences related to Energy Engineering
• Hear about "real world" projects from Trane Technologies leaders
• Complete meaningful assignments and participate in individual and team projects
• Gain the skillset and confidence to thrive as a full-time Energy Engineer in a local sales office
• *Qualifications:**
• Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in Energy, Mechanical, or Electrical
• Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
• Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, ability to provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations
