Job Description:

Enerva Energy Solutions seeks a highly motivated and skilled energy engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of energy efficiency measures, renewable energy, and electrification practices. In this role, you will perform virtual assessments of energy management practices, update energy management information systems, and contribute to various energy-saving projects aimed at reducing environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual assessments for energy management practices, reviewing and analyzing energy data and recommending improvements for energy efficiency.
• Update and maintain the Energy Management Information System (EMIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of energy-saving programs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their energy needs, propose solutions, and develop long-term energy management strategies.
• Provide technical expertise on energy management and assist clients in making informed decisions about energy use in their facilities.
• Maintain SharePoint administration, including managing documents, collaborating with team members, and ensuring proper file organization.
• Support clients in implementing energy efficiency measures and renewable energy solutions.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Participate in energy audits and provide actionable recommendations for energy improvements.
• Engage with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:
• Mandatory: A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• 2-5 years of experience in energy management, energy efficiency, or a related field.
• General knowledge of energy efficiency measures, renewables, and electrification.
• Understanding of energy use in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
• Knowledge of facilities management, asset planning, commissioning, and operations is beneficial.
• Experience in SharePoint administration, including document management and collaboration tools.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage customers, supply chain members, and other team members.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and implement practical solutions.
• Certifications: CEM (Certified Energy Manager), CIEP (Certified Industrial Energy Professional), and CMVP (Certified Measurement and Verification Professional) certifications are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
