Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Responds to customer inquiries related to demand response and managed charging programs, ensuring timely, professional communication and tracking follow-up actions.
• Supports program implementation and communications efforts, including maintaining tracking spreadsheets and coordinating with senior staff to resolve complex issues.
• Stays current on program rules, procedures, and related documentation to ensure accurate and effective support while working onsite with the team.
Here’s what you’ll have:
• Bachelor’s degree required; 0–1 years of experience; open to recent college graduates.
• Basic problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
