Solar Optimum is seeking an Energy Consultant - Solar Solutions in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in achieving our goal of widespread solar adoption. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and providing personalized solutions that meet those requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up interactions.
• Collaborate with our energy consultants to assign appointments and book meetings using our sales calendar system.
• Ensure seamless customer onboarding by converting leads to accounts via Salesforce.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying that knowledge to improve our services and offerings.
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas.
• Creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong interest in the solar industry, with prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency in Salesforce required, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
