Your Role: As an Energy Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting commercial clients to implement energy efficiency projects. Your responsibility will be to build relationships and provide expert advice on energy-saving measures while navigating program processes.

Your Responsibilities Include:
• Act as a trusted advisor for commercial customers regarding energy efficiency and management.
• Become a subject matter expert on energy-efficient technologies and industry trends.
• Identify energy solutions through site visits, data analysis, and collaboration with internal teams.
• Promote energy programs by building connections with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Work with teams to address barriers to participation in energy efficiency programs.
• Conduct training sessions and presentations on our programs for various audiences.
• Track projects and customer engagement using Salesforce.
• Ensure proper documentation for incentive programs with site inspections as needed.
• Occasionally travel for meetings and events on neighboring islands.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of the energy industry and a willingness to deepen your expertise.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
• A client-first mindset with proven relationship management capabilities.
• A proactive approach to managing multiple projects effectively.
• A valid driver's license and a vehicle for site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:
• A degree in Engineering or a related science field.
• A genuine passion for energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Experience with energy modeling or simulation development.
• Relevant certifications like CEM or LEED AP are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
• Experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
